VINIFICATION

Traditional in stainless steel vinifiers at a temperature of 24°C

AGEING

6 months in French oak casks then in stainless steel containers.

COLOR

Intense ruby Red with touches of violet.

BOUQUET

Ripe red fruits, plum and cherry jam, all accompanied by a pleasing spiciness owing to the aging in wood.

FLAVOUR

Full, round, complex, enveloping in its fullness of body. Ending in light tannic notes.

Ideal to accompany grilled red meats, cured meats, game and stews.
