VINIFICATION

White fermentation in stainless steel at a temperature of 13°C. Further re-fermentation using the Charmat method.

AGEING

Batonage on the yeasts.

ALCOHOL CONTENT

12% vol.

RESIDUAL SUGAR

8 gr/l

COLOR

Pale yellow, with green reflections.

BOUQUET

Concentration of fruit notably Golden apple, and other fruits are revealed in turn, followed by flowers, honey and vanilla.

FLAVOUR

Lively in the mouth with slight bitterness attenuated by just the right amount of softness. Vanilla, tropical fruit and banana wraps it all up.

PRODUCER'S SUGGESTIONS

Ideal for pairing with appetizers, pasta, but also cured meats and piadina (Italian flatbread).

Serve at the temperature of 10° C
